lovely sukhumvit getaway
helpful staff perfect location convenient amenities
The staff were really helpful with my needs. Nooma and tae especially showed wonderful hospitality, arranged everything smoothly. the location is amazing. I walked to terminal 21 mall and the nana bts station. there's also a 7-eleven and massage nearby!
the noise from other guests was a little noticeable at times.

the front desk is staffed 24 hours, so late check-ins are never a problem. kamin offers a safe and reliable shuttle service to asok station from 10 am to 6 pm, convenient.

The room itself was clean and everything worked as expected. The AC was cold and the shower had a good water pressure. I like that the staffs are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was basic and focused on Indian cuisine. That did not meet my expectations. The pool was small and mostly shaded. I did not like it. It took a long time to fill the bathtub.

great location fast check-in helpful staff
I stayed with my sister and cousin for several days. the location is great, and check-in was fast. nooma was super friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the early check-in. the hotel cleanliness was notable. i definitely recommend this place for proximity to hip spots and also for quiet rest.

an atm is conveniently located at the hotel entrance. the pool area includes a sundeck (i enjoyed this!) and is maintained tidily. i observed the pool size to be about one meter wide and approximately ten meters long.

The cleaning ladies provided excellent service. They ensured everything was tidy. some check-in staff command english well (this was helpful). sprite, nooma and tae are gems. They were helpful and attentive. wan and lilly helped to give me an available room.

convenient location great hospitality limited parking closed restaurant
the location proved VERY CONVENIENT with easy access to many shops and restaurants. nooma at reception offered great hospitality and courtesy i appreciated her helpful and ever smiling attitude.
the parking space was very LIMITED there was only a small path beside the building. the restaurant remained closed so no breakfast lunch or dinner were available at the hotel

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel Stay
I did had some issues . This woke me up despite my attempt to sleep in. It sounded like they were sledgehammering the wall next to my room, which it wasn't restful. I found some stains on the bathroom floor, they needed attention.

loud staff building work
the room was okay and the location was central. it was a short walk to the bts nana station.
The noise was bad. i understand there was building work on floor 2. staff cleaning rooms were outside my door at 8:30 am talking loudly to each other. there was zero consideration for the guests in their rooms. Terrible.
